The Craigellachie Hotel x Hunter Boots Walks
Known to many as one of the best whisky hotels in the world, The Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside asked us to forge a partnership with Hunter Boots to kit out their newly renovated boot room and create a Hunter Walks map to help guests enjoy the Speyside Way. Our job was to showcase the partnership through an intimate PR and influencer trip targeted at a global audience backed up by engaging experiential and beautiful content.
WHAT WE DID
Partnership: Through SPEY’s relationship with Hunter Boots we created a brand experience for influencers who could elevate The Craigellachie’s share of voice and bring the partnership to life through highly aesthetic content.
Experience: A media and influencer trip to Speyside where they spent two days exploring the area centred around the Hunter Walk which was created specifically for the partnership. Activities included walking the Speyside Way, Clay Pigeon Shooting, VIP tour of Johnstons of Elgin and a visit to The Macallan Distillery. Guests also had the option to enjoy a spa treatment at the hotel and a private dining banquet experience at the renowned Copper Dog bar and restaurant
Gifting: We created a gift bundle for all attendees which included Hunter Boots product and local business gifts including Walkers Shortbread, Copper Dog Whisky and Johnstons of Elgin cashmere socks.
Digital: We promoted the new boot room where guests can borrow Hunter product, shared the influencers posts from the weekend on The Craigellachie instagram stories wearing Hunter attire.
Luxury lifestyle influencer attendance included Brittany Bathgate and Matthew Spade.
