Jennifer delivers integrated communications programmes that connect brands to consumers with emotion and impact. Previously Jennifer was Head of PR for Yes Scotland in the referendum campaign, a spokesperson for the First Minister of Scotland and Associate Director at Weber Shandwick Scotland as well as former columnist for The Courier, Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday.
With extensive experience of working with major brands and organisations on a global stage, Jennifer looks at projects through a global, creative lens harnessing the power of content, cultural trends and real time analytics to deliver campaigns that create a point of difference. Jennifer spends her free time with Freyja and Marnie, Spey’s resident labradoodles.
An award-winning ex-BBC journalist and highly experienced PR professional. Eleanor was Head of Communications for the University of Aberdeen, which is ranked amongst the top universities in the world. Prior to that, she was the BBC's Health Correspondent in Scotland and worked for the BBC for more than 20 years in various roles. She is a regular speaker at conferences and also sits on the board of leading charity Adoption UK.
Stephen has over 10 years experience in the digital industry, working with a wide range of clients globally to deliver successful and engaging solutions. Stephen takes an objective-focussed approach to ensure projects match the high standards our clients expect.
As a BA Visual Communications graduate from the University of the Highlands and Islands Hayley creates beautiful content for multi-media platforms as part of Spey’s design and content services. She enable brands to create new language and conversations through beautiful design and an agile production with a creative eye and curious nose for what’s beyond the horizon.
Melanie joined Spey in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience from food and drink industry working in health and safety and production for Speyside Specialties before retraining as an accountant at University of Highlands and Islands. Melanie now keeps the Spey Team book keeping shipshape and provides administrative support to the Partners.
Peter is a photographer and videographer at Spey and is one of Scotland's most celebrated reportage photographers. He helps people, places and happenings tell their story with beautifully framed imagery. Peter can also provide photo & video content for social media campaigns of all sizes.
Freyja and Marnie
Marnie and her big sister Freyja are Spey's resident labradoodles. Freyja has extensive experience in catching balls, swimming and loves roast chicken. Marnie loves life, and is not so good (yet) at catching balls or swimming but is very good at stealing Freyja's tennis balls.
