Next generation of Spey?
Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is a project aimed at bringing industry and education together to engage, inspire, and shape Moray's young workforce.
Our team at Spey were interviewed and asked about our personal career journey, why we love living and working here and what the key challenges are in our industries. The project goal was to help inspire the next generation of Moray workforce and hopefully Spey’s workforce too! Importantly, to show that there is #NoWrongPath
Spey were in a unique position to be able to share our experiences as our staff are from a variety of backgrounds and have operated across different industries including journalism, PR, design, digital and campaigning. We've also lived all over Scotland.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2022
According to the Mental Health Foundation “Good mental health at work and good management go hand in hand and there is strong evidence that workplaces with high levels of mental wellbeing are more productive. Addressing wellbeing at work increases productivity by as much as 12%.”
